This role will be responsible for all the creative and graphic design for ELSA on multiple channel (app-store, advertising, social media, brand access)
What you will do:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Live-Ops Campaign Management: Plan and manage live-ops campaigns to drive user engagement, retention, and monetization, leveraging data insights to optimize results.
- Creative Team Leadership: Lead and manage the creative team, including designers and video editors, to produce high-quality assets for brand-building and user acquisition (UA).
- Brand Consistency and Quality: Oversee and ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs, including app-store screenshots, in-app banners, promotional videos, and other marketing materials.
- Positioning and Messaging: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Sales) to craft compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align strategies and execute initiatives effectively.
- Teamwork and Influence: Exhibit excellent teamwork skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
What you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a related role, with a focus on digital platforms such as games, native apps, and other interactive products.
- Strong proficiency in go-to-market strategies, live-ops campaign management, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- A solid understanding of User Acquisition framework, coupled with a passion for solving complex problems through strategic and creative approaches.
- Demonstrated success in delivering impactful and innovative campaigns, showcasing a strong ability to align creativity with business objectives.
- English proficiency.
