Analyze market best practices and user behavior to derive insightful information and understand user needs and challenges;
Develop a content distribution strategy based on product positioning to enhance the user experience in consuming short videos;
Create user flows and experiments to iterate on and develop new and existing features based on user scenarios, business value, technical feasibility, and recommendation approaches;
Drive the development of machine learning, AI, and recommendation-based solutions for product and feature optimization strategies;
Partner closely with other teams, including Content Operations, Engineering, and Data Science, to deliver content distribution features.
What you will need
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related applied field;
At least 3 years of experience in product management and optimization;
Domain knowledge in recommendations and experience in a big data environment, with direct interaction with data scientists and/or machine learning engineers, is highly desirable;
Ability to balance between data-driven and product sense in decision-making process;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic solutions;
Results-oriented, self-starting, and possessing a strong sense of ownership;
Robust quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills, along with strong logical and critical thinking abilities;
Passion for the media and entertainment industry, especially the short video market.
