Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for delivering and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives, develop project plans, and execute project deliverables. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring project quality and customer satisfaction.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, under the standards of quality;
- Ensure effective internal and external communication; and proactively implement initiatives to enhance test processes and foster collaboration between internal and external QC teams.
- Planning and implementing new projects.
- Manage, monitor and directly participate in the process of testing - reporting products.
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and adjust products to suit the market. Collaborate with the QC Department in project implementation.
- Analyzing, reporting data and product situation periodically for the Director.
- Manage the relationship with partners and all stakeholders;
- Review and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
MUST HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Local Candidate, +5 YOE in Technical Company as a Project Manager or Tech lead/ supervisor
- Experience operating within Agile and waterfall environments..
- Proficient in the process of testing, reporting, product evaluation.
- Ability to work in groups and manage employees.
- Skill of planning and proficient use of work support tools.
- Proven ability in managing and tracking schedules for a team of testers with shipped projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to undertake collaborative work with teams.
- Be able to handle multiple clients of local or offshore origin and manage overlapping deliveries.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
PREFER IF CANDIDATE HAVE
- Knowledge of the game market
- Experience of testing in game industry
- A passion for mobile games, widely played games with in-depth knowledge of different types of games.
