Job Responsibilities

  • Search for project information, engage with clients, and handle project quotations. Provide consultation and persuade clients to achieve objectives with the most suitable pricing.
  • Develop and implement business plans on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to meet sales targets.
  • Prepare tender documents, capability statements, and manage tender-related activities until the contract is awarded.
  • Transfer project information (e.g., client requirements, design drawings, tender documents) to the design team for preparation and estimation. Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring financial risk issues are addressed.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues arising during project execution.
  • Continuously expand the client base and establish and develop relationships with investors, main contractors, design consultants, and project supervisors.
  • Ensure timely and full collection of debts as per the contract or mutual agreement.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree / Associate Degree / Technical Diploma
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a MUST.
  • At least 3 years of experience in steel sales, steel fabrication, and construction of steel structures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with external clients as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle pressure and be proactive in work
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Korean speaking is an advantage.
