Job description
Join our dynamic QA team as a Senior QA/QC Engineer where you'll design, develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases and automated test scripts for API, Web, and Mobile applications. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers in the US.
Your role & responsibilities
Manual Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases using the selected toolkit of the company and client.
Automation Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts.
Defect Management: Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect-tracking system.
Collaboration: Work with teams in Vietnam and the US to evaluate and clarify product requirements and designs.
Support: Assist in troubleshooting issues reported by users or stakeholders from the US.
Time zone Coordination: Preferably work in the morning to align with the California time zone, with a daily catch-up at 6 AM. Flexible working hours can be arranged for the rest of the day.
Office Commitment: On-site work is mandatory for at least 3 days per week.
Your skills and experience
No-Code/Low-Code Tools: Willingness to learn and work with tools like UI.Vision.
Fluency in English: Comfortable communicating with native speakers, both written and oral.
Technology Adaptability: Eagerness to study and use new technologies, especially AI and RPA.
Web and Mobile Testing: Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
Tool Familiarity: Knowledge of issue and test management tools like Jira, TestRail, etc.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
Interest in Testing: Open-mindedness and self-motivation.
Healthcare Industry: Experience in testing software/applications for the healthcare industry is a plus.
Automation Testing: Experience with any framework and programming language is a plus but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
