In the same spirit, Anywr Vietnam are currently recruiting a Senior R&D Specialist (M/F) for one of our clients, a leading company in Dairy Product Manufacturing , located in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City.
Roles and responsibilities:
The Senior R&D Specialist is responsible for researching and developing new products that meet food safety standards and labeling requirements (domestic and export). The role also involves improving formulas and production processes for existing products.
- New Product Development: Design and establish formulas, research proposals, and product characteristics to meet company NPD requirements. Implement formulas and processes for mass production and coordinate with related departments and factories. Manage documentation related to technical standards, BOM, production processes, and other regulations.
- Existing Product Improvement: Monitor competitive products, refine existing product formulas, and align with company development strategies. Source and evaluate alternative raw materials to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Export Product Information: Draft and provide technical documents, formula details, and other necessary materials for export projects.
- Product Issue Management: Address issues related to product formulas, processes, and troubleshooting as directed. Participate in planning and assessing new equipment testing, if applicable.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology from top universities in Vietnam or abroad.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D for Dairy, Food & Beverage products.
- Very good level of English.
- Excellent sensory evaluation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, clarity in communication, and the ability to analyze and handle issues effectively.
