The Opportunity

ASW Consulting is looking for experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City(www.consulting.aswhiteglobal.com). The right people we are looking for have a proven success record and are in search of an exciting new challenge with an International Firm.

We welcome future Managers who want to build and develop a team and Principal Consultants who want to further grow their own careers. In particular, we are seeking specialists in the following sectors: IT & Fintech, Finance & Banking, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, FMCG, Luxury Retail, E-commerce.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Solid experience & track record in recruitment.
• Sales capability. 360 degree recruitment experience is a must.
• Experience in the recruitment/exec search/head-hunting or RPO industries.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and consulting skills.
• Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Educated to bachelor's degree level in HR, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong skill set across MS Office and using ATS systems.
