Now, We have positions for DELI Office Equipment Sales Managers. These are full time positions and are available for the following countries:

  • Southeast Asia (Thailand, Viet Nam)

If you are interested, you can contact me at any time. The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for developing and promoting Deli brand office equipment and tools (shredders, plastic sealing machines, safes, etc.) and printer products to customers in assigned territory, achieving the group's customer development and sales goals.
  • Implement the business strategy of the group, responsible for setting sales targets, developing customers, promoting products or services to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage channel agents, participate in agent sales network construction, sales team motivation, etc;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with major clients. Identify customer needs, address queries, solve problems, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a pricing system, agent sales policies, and promotional policies with strong execution ability;
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to determine market trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and positioning.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant major of sales and marketing;
  • 2-5 years experience of sales and marketing, Must have industry experience in printers, safes, or other office equipment
  • High abilities of execution of projects, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Should be open-minded, flexible, humble, proactive and self-motivated mindset;
  • English or Chinese speaking and writing are necessary.
