Generate and analyze sales volume forecasts based on historical data, market trends and customer behavior to facilitate decision-making and resource planning.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential areas of improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards, sales reports and forecasts to provide insights for decision-making.
Train and mentor junior sales support members to enhance their skills and performance.
Maintain and update customer databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to provide support in achieving sales objectives and resolving issues.
Requirements
University or College degree in Transport, Logistics, Economics or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the Supply Chain or E-Logistics is preferred.
Preference for candidates with experience in logistics or supply chain management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
