About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions on the ServiceNow. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the effective and efficient utilization of the ServiceNow platform across various modules, including ITSM, SAM Pro, ITOM, HRSD and WPM.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications and modules using ServiceNow's best practices.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including client scripts, business rules, UI actions, and scheduled jobs.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow modules and integrations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of ServiceNow modules.
- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices.
- ServiceNow upgrades and patches to ensure minimal disruption to services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (minimum 3 years).
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools and methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, HRSD, SAM Pro, ITOM and WPM modules.
- Employees Center and Mobile development
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Graph Connectors, Integrations and Scripted REST APIs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
