About the Role:
As a Tech Lead for the Edge Service, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the exchange's infrastructure and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust and scalable notification system that seamlessly integrates with company trading and non-trading systems, ensuring timely and reliable communication with users and internal stakeholders.
- Implement real-time alerts, push notifications, and email alerts to keep users informed about their trading activities, account updates, and other important events.
- Work closely with the product team to design and implement intuitive on-boarding systems for both internal and external users, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience.
- Integrate the necessary compliance solutions, such as KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks, into the onboarding process to maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to seamlessly integrate company's back-end systems with a high-throughput, zero-knowledge (ZK) powered validium, ensuring the exchange's ability to handle large trading volumes and maintain the integrity of transactions.
- Optimize the integration process to maximize the performance and scalability of the overall system.
- Work closely with the Head of Security to review and enhance the exchange's authentication technology stack, ensuring the highest levels of security and user protection.
- Enhance robust authentication mechanisms, such as multi-factor authentication, webAuthn, and secure session management, to safeguard user accounts and sensitive data.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience (6+ years) in software engineering with a focus on building scalable and high-performance systems.
- Proficiency in Go programming language
- Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and caching systems like Redis.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications in financial systems is a plus but not a requirement.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills in English, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver complex technical projects on time.
Pay range and compensation package:
