This position will be in charge of chat functions on Zalo. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Participates in design, development, implementation of Zalo Chat functions;
- Develop & maintain high-traffic, low-latency applications, delivering high-availability and performance;
- May provide technical solutions and system architecture;
- Program and optimize to ensure the best performance, quality and responsiveness of the applications;
- Analyze and understand product requirements, clarifying inconsistencies, conflicts, or ambiguities, to effectively develop solutions that meet business needs;
- Prepare and produce releases of software components;
Requirements:
- Experience in Java, Golang or C++ or any programing language;
- Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms, OOP programming;
- Excellent in back-end practices (Micro Services, Caching, Load Balancing, Message Queue, High Performance);
- Good at Linux operating system, network protocols;
- Experienced in NoSQL and NoSQL are a plus;
- Good at problem-solving skills under high pressure;
- Be willing to learn new technologies;
Nice to have:
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline, such as Jenkins/Gitlab/Harbor/etc;
- Experience with RPC frameworks (gRPC, fbthrift, ...) and microservices architecture;
- Experience with source version control (git, svn...), as well as configuration management (ansible, puppet, salt stack...).
