Key Responsibilities:
Design and Architecture:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions on AWS.
- Develop architectural blueprints, design patterns, and best practices for cloud deployments.
- Ensure alignment of cloud architecture with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Technical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers and developers.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in cloud technologies and services.
- Conduct architectural reviews and audits to ensure adherence to best practices.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and assess security risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Automation and Optimization:
- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
- Optimize cloud resources and costs through efficient architecture and management practices.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues and incidents.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 12+ years of industry experience with proven expertise as an AWS Cloud Architect or similar role for last 3 years.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing AWS cloud solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
- Experience in implementing and managing Kubernetes clusters, specifically AWS EKS and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, architecture, and security.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese)
Certifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) mandatory.
- Additional AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Security Specialty) are a plus.
- Professional-level experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. (Optional Certification: HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multi-cloud environments (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
