Job Description

  • Collect logs from important components such as servers, applications, databases, network systems, etc.
  • Use log analysis tools and techniques to understand the information recorded from the system.
  • Apply advanced tools effectively for fast and accurate log analysis.
  • Set up warning mechanisms to notify operations departments of dangerous problems or system errors so that operations departments can respond promptly.
  • Identify unusual problems and issue warnings.
  • Propose solutions to optimize and improve system capacity.
  • Continuously evaluate and update processes technology to ensure the performance and effectiveness of the analysis.
  • Synthesize monthly/quarterly reports on monitored system indicators to provide advice to operating departments to adjust and prevent system errors before they cause serious consequences.
  • Add necessary tools to monitor, check, and handle warnings/errors to gradually increase the rate of handling warnings in the room
  • Develop optimal warning plans (for example, some warnings are set to low thresholds, causing false warnings, taking a lot of time to process).
  • Create new warnings according to emerging needs in monitoring.
  • Write monitoring and measurement instructions and transfer them to the System Monitoring team.

Job Requirement

  • University of Engineering Major: Mechanical Engineering Computer/Communication and Computer Networks/Information Systems/IT
  • Preferably with experience in a similar position at banks/financial institutions foreign financial institutions or other enterprises
  • Understanding of solutions and control mechanisms of application software
  • Understanding the operational requirements of operating systems and web server systems
  • Knowledge of database management and operation, system design and deployment
