Job Description

Job Description

  • Research and coordinate with related units to propose the development of suitable products for the LiveBank channel
  • Plan, monitor and manage tasks (progress/cost/personnel/acceptance, ...) during the implementation process. Project operation under LiveBank channel
  • Contact, coordinate closely with internal departments and partners, perform project coordination work or report to management on issues arising during project implementation, ensure project items are deployed according to plan
  • Control project documents and records (detailed description, handover, test report, acceptance, contract...) as well as process documents, regulations, user manuals,... related to the product to be released promptly with go-live features
  • Complete and review reports for different purposes and for management levels including Project Manager, Project Director, Sponsorship Board...
  • Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors/Management level.

Job Requirement

  • University graduate or higher, majors in Insurance/ Banking - Finance/ Economics/ Business Administration
  • Have 2 years or more of experience working in a bank, including at least 1 year of experience in the field of business analysis/software product requirements analysis/project requirements analysis or a related field
  • Understand traditional banking products, digital banking
  • Have knowledge and experience in project management
  • Have practical work experience, support project management to coordinate related work
  • Have good communication skills, coordinate work to ensure project items are completed
  • Dynamic, progressive, able to work independently and proactively.
