Senior Specialist/Senior Specialist reporting and managing digital financial portfolio

• Set up credit policies for each type of DICO product, requirements for different customer segments
• Propose changes to lending criteria depending on the development strategy of each period, based on the results of the loan portfolio
• Build reports to monitor approval rates, number of new applications, bad debt ratio of the entire loan portfolio and of each customer segment, different products
• Conduct adhoc analysis and reports to measure in depth, learn, evaluate customer behavior, identify high-risk customer segments, propose to deploy pilot programs to evaluate and help improve the quality of the loan portfolio without affecting portfolio growth
• Coordinate with relevant departments, and/or with external partners to build Test programs, new processes, new products, new systems to optimize productivity, increase customer experience and minimize risk
• Perform other tasks assigned by management

• University degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, IT, Economics, Banking and Finance or other related majors
• Candidates have at least 3 years of experience in analysis, digital data, risk management of Consumer Finance, Fintech
• Experienced in building reports, models, in-depth analysis for Fintech, Consumer Finance, Retail Banking
• Good data analysis and problem solving skills
• Can use basic English at work
• Priority is given to using SQL, Python software
• Good skills in systems, databases
