Senior Specialist Tax Policy and Declaration Consultant

• Tax consulting on documents, product policies, Contract of the Bank
• Support and answer questions for units in the entire system on tax-related issues
• Prepare tax declarations and reports in compliance with current regulations of TPB and tax authorities
• Calculate, declare and account for value added tax for Headquarters & branches according to the Bank's monthly and annual settlement
• Calculate, declare and account for corporate income tax for the entire system on a monthly and annual settlement
• Check, declare and account for contractor tax, personal income tax regularly and irregularly for Headquarters and branches
• Check the issuance of invoices of units according to the Bank's procedures
• Participate in tax review of the entire system according to the annual plan or when there is a tax audit/inspection as assigned by the Head of Department
• Update/participate in tax seminars to guide the entire system as assigned by the Head of Department
• Participate in drafting tax regulations in instructions/processes/products as assigned by the Head of Department.

Working location: TPBank Headquarters - 57 Ly Thuong Kiet, Hanoi

• University degree or higher in the fields of: Finance - Banking, Accounting/Auditing/Banking Finance.
• Have good knowledge of tax, banking accounting, update knowledge of banking finance in Vietnam
• Have the ability to Ability to adapt to different business models
• At least 3 years of experience working in the tax sector of banks/enterprises is preferred, candidates with 1 year or more of experience working at an auditing company are preferred
• Equivalent positions at foreign banks/financial institutions or banks with the same scale and level of development as or greater than TPBank.
• Has good management/planning and implementation/work arrangement skills.
• Communication skills, building a system of relationships,
• Ability to listen and seek information actively and flexibly
• Ability to work independently and in a good team
