Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at GKIM Digital. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for building a talent pipeline, conducting background checks, and facilitating onboarding processes.

• Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the digital industry or technology sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
