Job Description

We are seeking Senior Recruitment Specialist - Executives and Back Office(IT Recruitment) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will responsible for conducting activities of enhancing recruitment effectiveness under instructions of Unit Head of Recruitment including collecting, updating, providing and maintaining candidate sources continuously and effectively, as well as proposing solutions to increase recruitment activities effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute recruitment activities as per recruitment plan based on approved headcounts and recruitment requests from Dept/ Center/ Division;
  • Provide support & corporate with other Dept/ Center/ Division having recruitment needs in screening and interviewing to select qualified candidates.
  • Provide guideline & support new hires regarding company culture, policies, structure & other information needed.
  • Perform recruitment procedures application screening, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection processes, conduct interviews, and tests.
  • Provide regular update on recruitment progress and actively develop suitable action plan and based on weekly/ monthly report
  • Proactively assist or coordinate with HRBP to provide resources solutions to BU from both internal transfer/ adjustment and external hiring
  • Resolve other recruitment-related issues & undertake other tasks assigned by Unit Head of Recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 3 years in IT recruitment
  • Team building, coordination and follow- up skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of external business environmental management
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
  • Good sourcing skill and talent mapping
  • Team building, coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Good English communications skills
  • High learning ability
