Responsible for recruitment activities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process; Maintain and improve the recruitment process.
In charge of training activities: Propose training plan based on the training needs; Organize the training courses following training roadmap and make a report after course; Monitor and improve training process.
Other tasks as requested by supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related major
Have at least 2 years of experience at similar position in manufacturing companies
