What you will do
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of cross-sell campaigns across various channels (out-app, in-app, etc.);
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure optimal results;
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling messaging and offers that resonate with target audiences;
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to track user behavior, segment customers, and measure the effectiveness of cross-sell initiatives;
- Use A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance;
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement;
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure cross-sell offers are seamlessly integrated into the user experience;
- Work with the Customer Services and Customer Insights teams to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction with cross-sell efforts;
- Present strategies, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in user growth, marketing, or related roles, with a strong focus on cross-sell strategies;
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of driving successful growth initiatives;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
- Creative thinker with a strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to develop innovative growth strategies.
