About Position
Being a part of the
Product division at Katalon, the Product Management department's mission is to create
indispensable products that
meet our customers needs.
Senior Technical Product Manager (Product Manager II)
- Drive Product Success: Own key product metrics, ensuring they align with and support overall business goals
- Mentor and Lead: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering alignment with the product vision and strategy
- Market and User Insights: Conduct and lead user research, market analysis, and competitor assessments to refine product positioning and maintain a competitive edge
- Roadmap Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and maintain a strategic product roadmap that adapts to industry trends and evolving market needs
- Product Execution: Work closely with engineering and design teams to gather requirements, develop prototypes, and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Coordinate efforts across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute successful product launches and maintain a strong presence within the Katalon Community
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with company objectives
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of software requirements, development processes, and project management.
- Have expertise in the software industry domain, preferably in SaaS, and the ability to comprehend complex technology problems
- Be a strategic thinker with a focus on execution and outcomes, ideally possessing experience in driving cross-functional programs or processes
- Show excellent human relations skills, adept at building relationships both internally and with customers, and skilled in collaborating and influencing others
- Possess a deep understanding of Agile principles and be capable of applying them effectively to any project
- Evidence of strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
