In this role, you will
- Engage in Agile software development, including prototyping and code reviews, to collaborate with international teams in creating scalable solutions.
- Maintain high standards of code quality with comprehensive unit and component tests, along with thorough debugging practices.
- Take responsibility for the technical development and stability of the customer's project within the framework of the Client-wide guidelines.
- Prepare technical-strategic decision bases.
- Document and transfer knowledge of technical project know-how by co-organising Guild Meetings and Barcamps.
- Lead cyclical & operational discussions with the developers of the team (Catch-Ups) together with the role of team coach.
- Operational exchange with the roles Team Coach / Agile Project Management in order to promote transparency in the client project.
- Technical exchange with the Head of Development.
- Technical discussion and exchange within the project team.
- Communicate potential risks and problems to the roles of Team Coach and Head of Development.
- Support agile project managers in technical customer communication.
- Support the staff development of Developers in exchange with the roles of Team Coach and Head of Development.
What you will bring
- 5+ years experience working in Software Development, solid experience in JavaScript ES6+/TypeScript. Expert in all areas of web development (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind, JQuery, JSON, SCSS) including accessibility, best practices and security concerns.
- Understanding of APIs design such as RestFul or GraphQL, solid experience in Agile (Scrum model) development environments
- Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to identify and address complex technical problems.
- Eager to learn new technologies.
- Passionate about technologies.
Nice to have:
- Experience in React.js, NextJS, Tailwind.
- Experience in Cloud computing / hosting (AWS, Vercel, Netlify).
- Experience in using front-end testing and test runners (eg. Cypress/Jest).
