Job Description
1. Organize training activities.
- Establish and monitor the annual training budget
- Survey training needs from units
- Prepare and implement annual training plans
- Organize training classes and seminars upon request from the BOD
- Training necessary skills for employees
- Manage training of students to meet production and business needs from PNJP
- Maintain training data according to periodic assessment plans
2. Organize emulation and reward movements throughout PNJP.
- Organize and promote participation in emulation activities at PNJP.
- Orient movement communication activities, emulation, develop internal movement and emulation activities associated with emulation movements launched by local departments and agencies.
3. Manage, organize training, education and evaluation of employee KPIs.
- Organize professional skills training sessions for employees (internal or external).
- Organize discussions to share professional experiences with employees.
- Make human resource plans and assign appropriate work according to job requirements.
- Control, urge and motivate employees to complete their work well on time.
- Conduct performance evaluation according to the performance scale built for each position. Propose rewards or disciplinary measures for personnel in the department to the PNJP Board of Directors.
4. Manage the jewelry training center
- Plan a plan to maintain and develop the Jeweler Center to meet the needs of planned production.
- Build a document system related to worker training content (Cooling, Assembly, Beading, Handwork, Handwrap...).
- Develop a team of internal lecturers to meet the teaching and training management capacity at the Center.
- Build a complete and accurate operational reporting system.
