We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing IT consulting team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences for our clients software solutions and in-house products. You will leverage your expertise in UX development, user flow development, and no-code prototyping to ensure our team delivers intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth UX reviews of clients solutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT consultants and stakeholders to understand client needs and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
- Develop clear and concise user flows that map out user journeys.
- Utilize no-code prototyping tools to create interactive and high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and validation.
- Design robust UI with UX compliance to deliver ease-of-use, effective, and efficient product experience for external and internal products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design elements are translated accurately during implementation.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's design systems and UI libraries.
Qualifications:
- Very proactive and result-driven, does not need to be told what to do.
- Very efficient and able to get things done quickly, effectively, and on time.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design (Figma), with a strong focus on UI design, UX research and user flow development.
- Excellent personal portfolio showcasing multiple web and mobile apps.
- Proven experience using no-code prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Webflow).
- Well-versed in design principles, HIG, Material Design (optional)
- Good understanding of IT consulting principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-friendly experiences.
- Excellent project management and time management skills, able to overcome any hurdles and deliver excellent results on time.
- Local Vietnamese (Ho Chi MInh area) only.
