KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently plan, design, execute, analyse and report user qualitative research and communicate those results with stakeholder to guide the direction of digital Home Credit products
- Facilitate user In-Depth Interview or focus group discussion to deep dive in understandings user target audience
- Identify potential problematic touchpoints according to user target audience
- Closely work with Online Data Analyst to continuously improve users measurement tools to effectively collect and monitor user feedbacks at each defined touchpoint.
- Propose and take lead in enhancement activities, focusing on Online activities and other related process improvement, culture building
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Computer Interaction or equivalent; required.
- At least 4 years experiences in qualitative research/UX research or similar role
- Good project execution and time management
- Ability to communicate research results to cross functional stakeholders with data storytelling presentation
- Fluent in English: able to communicate effectively in a multi-national environment.
