We are seeking a skilled and proactive SEO Specialist to elevate our brand's online visibility and reputation. The ideal candidate will excel in acquiring high-quality backlinks, managing online reputation, optimizing for local SEO, and fostering brand awareness. This role requires exceptional communication and analytical skills, strong knowledge of SEO tools, and a robust backlink network to drive impactful SEO results.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Link Building
- Acquiring Backlinks: Develop and execute strategies to secure high-quality backlinks from reputable websites to enhance domain authority and rankings.
- Outreach: Build relationships with bloggers, influencers, and webmasters for guest posts and link placements.
- Monitoring Backlinks: Use tools to track the status and quality of backlinks, ensuring they remain active, relevant, and beneficial for SEO.
2. Online Reputation Management
- Monitoring Brand Mentions: Use tools to track online brand mentions, engaging with users discussing our brand to build positive sentiment.
- Building Brand Awareness: Collaborate with other brands and websites to increase brand mentions and strengthen online presence.
- Community Engagement: Participate in online communities and forums to enhance brand visibility and promote our website.
3. On-Page SEO
- Keyword Optimization: Conduct keyword research to identify target terms, then optimize for SEO-friendly URLs, page titles, meta descriptions, headers, and LSIs to improve search visibility.
- Content Creation: Identify and prioritize content gaps and opportunities to create content ideas. Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize engaging, high-quality content that supports SEO goals and aligns with user intent.
- Content Audit: Regularly review and audit existing content, updating and optimizing it based on performance data to enhance its relevance and effectiveness for SEO.
4. Local SEO
- Local Listings: Manage and optimize the business's profile on local directories and review platforms like Google My Business.
- Citations: Ensure consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) information across various online platforms to boost local SEO performance.
Requirement:
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience in SEO.
- Hands-on Experience in Off-Page SEO: Proven expertise in implementing off-page SEO techniques, including link-building, brand reputation management, and local SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings and brand authority.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with external partners and internal teams.
- Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify high-quality backlink opportunities and relevant content for SEO impact.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, Power BI...) to assess and report on the performance of off-page SEO strategies.
- SEO Tool Proficiency: Experienced in SEO tools (e.g., Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to analyze and evaluate strategy effectiveness.
