Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technology Engineer at FC Co., LTD. The Technology Engineer will be responsible for Pabx installation, troubleshooting, communication, technical support, and research and development (R&D).

Qualifications

• Deploy and optimize VoIP-based internal switchboard solutions.
• Install and integrate multimedia communication software applications.
• Install, maintain, and support internal switchboard systems for seamless communication.
• Knowledge of technology systems and solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecom, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in Telecom.
