Scope o

f Work
The consultant will report to and work under the supervision of the FIG Regional Supply Chain Finance Lead for Asia Pacific region and the Vietnam-based Operations Officer. As a Supply Chain Finance Specialist, the Consultant will be responsible for the following acti

• vities:
  Support the IFC SCF Lead Specialist in portfolio, projects, and in conducting business development init
• iatives.Work with the IFC Supply Chain Finance Specialist on the development of IFC's Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance advisory proposition and help in developing pitch m
• aterial.Conduct country diagnostics of trade finance operations (domestic and international trade) and suggest areas for capacity b
• uilding.Provide technical assistance to clients on trade and supply chain finance, and other focus areas such as SME finance Agri finance, digital financial services, etc., as, and when r
• equired.Develop trade finance advisory tools for implementation with clien
• t banks.Implement Advisory solutions for strengthening trade finance operations in clien
• t banks.Review corporate client base and identify potential Anchors for Supply Chain
• Finance.Undertake pilot launch discussions with a select group of Corporate on possible opportunities, challenges, processes, and infrastructur
• e needs.Provide recommendations on customer acquisition processes, legal documentation, & client onb
• oarding.Develop supply chain finance product programs, including credit underwriting and risk management p
