Social Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with clients on a daily basis to ensure all projects are running according to agreed timeline and all materials are delivered timely.
• Managing & liaising with relevant third parties to manage the quality of communication materials before submitting to the client.
• Developing the proposal (partly or wholesome) under the direction of the line manager.
• Preparing cost estimates for client & acquiring quotations from third parties.
• Working closely with local and international media, individuals and other organizations.
• Supervising and collaborating with a team of content to prepare all communications content required by the clients.
• Working closely with various departments (majorly account and planning) to develop communication content.
• Working directly with the client to prepare and adjust content based on clients requests.
• Collaborating with account teams, planning team to prepare all communications content required by projects.
• Managing social fan-pages and groups.
• Preparing timeline & content schedule.
• Engaging with social conversations on clients fan-pages & groups to ensure 24 hour response rate on all social platforms.
• Engaging & managing key influencers.
• Coordinate and manage projects from planning to completion.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Understanding of digital/social way of working.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Business acumen, commercial mindset, high entrepreneurship.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
