About The Job

We seek a passionate Social Media & Community Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep love of music, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate relationships within the music community. This role involves managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and promoting our artists to elevate their profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter).
• Create and manage content: posts, stories, videos, and live sessions.
• Engage with fans, communities, and influencers to build a strong online presence.
• Collaborate with artists to produce promotional content.
• Guide on enhancing artists public image and social media presence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in social media, digital marketing, or community building (music/entertainment industry preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage a diverse audience.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Ability to create and edit simple videos using tools like Capcut.
• Passion for music and supporting independent artists.
