  • Planning the development of training content and teaching plans according to the Center's general plan by month/quarter/year
  • Building a training program according to requirements and compiling training materials according to the approved program framework
  • Building an assessment system (tests, questions, ...) of professional competencies in the training field under one's responsibility.
  • Participating in program development Training for units in the bank
  • Teach soft skills training courses according to the assigned schedule
  • Participate in building a training roadmap (on soft skills) according to the title
  • Accept and evaluate training programs of suppliers or lecturers not belonging to the center in the field of teaching content under their responsibility.
  • Participate in observing and evaluating the training quality of suppliers and other lecturers teaching content in their field of expertise, thereby making recommendations for improvements to the training program and appropriate teaching methods.
  • Participate in practical experiences at the unit, thereby supplementing/improving and enhancing the training content and teaching activities according to the practice of the unit/subject being trained.
  • Report to the Director of the Center on the results of building training materials, teaching results and other periodic tasks according to regulations Center's regulations (Weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  • Update, manage data and report on related measurement activities
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors

Job Requirement

  • University degree or higher up
  • Have a mindset for designing training/learning programs, know how to apply technology to training program design
  • Good at using office software
  • Have good teaching skills in teaching and training
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in teaching and training soft skills
  • Good communication, enthusiastic, able to withstand work pressure
  • Have knowledge/experience in Human Resource Management/Training, Banking Operations is an advantage
  • Have teamwork and independent working skills
