Role Description
We are seeking a talented Software Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and define project scope. Your insights will drive the development of cutting-edge software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide support and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Provide assistance to business partner customers and key users to understand, troubleshoot and resolve basic and moderately complex systems problems issues as second line.
- Ensure process and process improvement documentation is kept current to provide framework for business change discussion including
- Develop user manuals and work instructions
- Maintain updates as systems/processes evolve over time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Medical / Radiological domain knowledge is desirable.
- Understanding of DICOM / HL7 / FHIR medical standards is desirable.
