Roles
As an Intern of Software Engineer, you will help to develop software for the Eureka Controller and Eureka Camera, offering advanced functionalities in device control, robotics, computer vision, and AI for industrial automation. Responsibilities include software development and testing.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software in Python and C++ for low-code robotics programming, device control, computer vision and other related technologies.
Qualifications
Minimum
- Study in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related fields.
- Focusing in Python, C++
- Background in algorithmics (complexity) and mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics).
- Intermediate level of English proficiency, both reading and writing.
Preferred
- Strong track record of relevant achievements (e.g., competitive programming contests, Hackathons).
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++ programming.
- Familiarity with Qt framework.
- Good understanding of the following topics: concurrency, containerization with docker/podman, and/or networking.
- Software engineering mindset: Testing, trade-off in code design and implementation, devops.
- Solid background in algorithmics (proof of correctness, complexity in time and space) and mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics).
- Background in robotics: robot kinematics, calibration, motion planning.
- Background in Computer Vision and AI: deep learning frameworks, model optimization.
- Familiarity with professional working processes (presentation, document writing, planning, time-management).

Internship duration
The internship program lasts 4 - 6 months with onsite 32 hours per week.
(This can be adjusted based on the intern's academic schedule).
Work location
Eureka Robotics office in Hanoi, Vietnam.
