Our client is seeking an experienced software lead/architect to lead the software development for their groundbreaking, innovative technologies that accelerate AI workloads in large clusters. As software lead, you will have a strong voice in product development and work closely with customers and Ru0026amp;D teams.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
- Help with product requirements alongside engineering and product marketing
n
- Work closely with Ru0026amp;D teams to optimize the product architecture
n
- Develop proof-of-concept materials for innovative technologies for use by early adopters
n
- Develop the specifications of the SDK
n
- Recruit and hire the software development team
n
- Lead the development of the SDK and reference implementation of network operating systems
n
- Work with customers on their technical challenges and requirements using during pre- sales activities

Qualifications
n
n
- 15+ years of experience with computer software, knowledge of Linux kernel, Ethernet and IP protocols
n
- B.Sc, Masters, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
n
- Extensive knowledge in, and experience with software architecture of Ethernet Switches/Routers and network protocols in the L2 to L4 layers
n
- Extensive knowledge of Network Operating systems (SoNIC, etc.)
n
- Strong experience in architecting and developing networking SDKu0026rsquo;s
n
- Experience with RoCE, and RDMA
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to details
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with the hardware engineering teams and be willing to work directly with customers
n
- Knowledge in Cloud infrastructure and AI workflows
n
- Linux Environment and Linux Networking
n
- Experience with SAI (Switch Abstraction Interface) is a plus, but not required Valley executives and engineers with decades of experience in state-of-the-art semiconductors,
