You'll Perform
As a Software QA Engineer, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality software products by designing comprehensive test plans, executing testing strategies, and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role involves close collaboration with development and business teams to ensure a seamless and flawless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with product requirements and business goals.
- Analyze software requirements to identify areas for testing and create effective test cases.
- Execute manual tests to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of the product meets.
- Document and report defects, ensuring clear and detailed information for the product team to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular regression testing to validate software changes and ensure product stability.
- Facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders, ensuring that the software meets end-user expectations and business requirements.
- Participate in product design to provide feedback that can drive improvement in user experiences.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
What You'll Bring
- Background in Business, Economics, Information System, or related fields.

- From 1-2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Business Analysis, preferably in ERP system.
- Experience in collaborating with PO, BA, and product teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software testing methodologies, test case development, and test execution.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, planning & organizing, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is a plus.
