Responsibilities
As a Solution Engineer, you'll bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and the success of game studios and partners. This role combines technical expertise with exceptional communication skills, making you a trusted advisor and a master integrator.
- Effectively communicate with game studios and external partners to understand their needs and requirements
- Deep understanding of products within the Ronin ecosystem to advise and propose suitable solutions
- Work closely with business departments and publishing teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and reflect market needs
- Make decisions and seek effective and innovative solutions to technical and business issues
- Participate in training and supporting studios and external partners on our products and services
- Take responsibility for integrating products within the Ronin ecosystem to external studios or partners
- Identify and address technical challenges and provide sound advice and solutions when integrating
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Proficiency in NodeJS, Golang, Rust, and Solidity development
- Excellent communication skills and excellent teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of dApp development and gaming models like play to earn, play to mint, airdrop..
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate and work with international partners
- Preference for candidates with experience in consulting and implementing technology products
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently
- Passion for blockchain technology and electronic games is a plus
- Prioritize candidates who have experience in similar positions or within the game publishing team
- Having participated in community development teams for blockchain is an advantage
