We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pre-Sales and Solution Architecture, playing a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions tailored to meet our clients business needs. You will be responsible for driving pre-sales activities, proposing efficient architectural solutions, and contributing to the improvement of internal processes. Your work will directly influence the growth of the company by ensuring our software meets the highest standards of quality and business alignment.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solutions Architect at TECHVIFY Software in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing software solutions, providing consulting services, overseeing software development and integration, and optimizing business processes.
Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Collaboration:
- Partner with the Sales Team to understand and gather business requirements from customers.
- Build and present solution architecture design proposals, including effort estimation and technology choices.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and case studies to demonstrate capabilities to customers.
Solution Design & Leadership:
- Lead key account projects aimed at enhancing existing applications or developing new ones, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements.
- Oversee the design, production, testing, and implementation of software solutions with a focus on quality, scalability, and efficiency.
Cross-functional Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with internal teams to review solution architecture, providing suggestions and guidance for improvement.
- Work on cross-functional projects, ensuring consistency and optimization across systems.
Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship:
- Actively participate in technical communities, sharing your experience and knowledge to help grow the company's capabilities.
- Coach and mentor other team members, contributing to their professional development.
Internal Projects & Process Optimization:
- Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at developing productivity utilization software, optimizing internal processes to enhance the quality of deliverables.
- Continuously seek to improve the company's internal tools and workflows for better efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Professional Experience:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in Solution Architecture and Pre-Sales roles, with a strong focus on designing and delivering software solutions.
- Experience leading key account projects, ensuring software meets business and technical requirements.
- Background in creating POCs and case studies to showcase solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and methodologies (e.g., Microservices, Cloud architecture).
- Proficient in various programming languages and tools (e.g., Python, Java, .NET, etc.).
- Experience in emerging technology: Cloud Native, DevXOps, Generative AI, Open Banking, etc.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, ideally within large-scale enterprise environments.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Leadership abilities with experience mentoring teams and coaching community members.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to drive business growth through technical innovation.
Certifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) are highly desirable.
