As an Specialist Apparel and Accessories Operations Planner, you will be in charge of actively tracking and communicating commercialisation statuses to bring the next level of On's products to market, and contributing to the lead time reduction program. As an important member of the Global Sourcing team, you will be based in Hanoi.
Your mission
- Drive data and timeline integrity in the commercialisation tracker
- Track and communicate buy ready status
- Build and maintain standard GTM reporting for efficient information flow
- Lead bi-weekly GTM meetings with key internal stakeholders to secure planning and priority alignment
- Seasonal supplier scorecard preparation: E.g. On-time delivery, production lead time, collaboration, PO confirmation
- Send regular forecast updates to suppliers
- Seasonal Range & SKU efficiency
- Live and share our commitment to sustainability and quality, as well as drive initiatives that distinguish On from other brands
Your story
- At least 5-7 years of experience in garment production planning is required.
- Experience working in manufacturing is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Pays close attention to detail, function, and quality. Excel and analytical skills are required.
- An entrepreneurial and open mindset, a desire for distinction, and a natural drive for excellence.
- Capable of balancing creativity, organization, and discipline in a fast-paced environment.
