  • Ensure smooth operation of LAN, WAN systems
  • Configuring network equipment for units of the bank
  • Monitor, check, operate, and manage network devices (Router, Switch, Modem, etc.), leased-line network lines, MPLS, P2P, ADSL, etc. network bandwidth to detect and handle incidents and errors that do not affect the bank's operations.
  • Monitor and manage the video conference system, support monitoring of video conference connections.
  • Receive equipment from suppliers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee/fix problems that occur on WAN connections.
  • Warranty network devices.
  • Monitor the usage status and troubleshoot Internet lines of the Head Office and branches to ensure Internet users do not interrupted.
  • Manage, install, configure, and administer the IP phone system for users.
  • Manage CallRex recording systems, Hotline voice systems.
  • Monitor and check the update of system patches and update anti-virus programs. Monitor the implementation of employee security policies.
  • Research, learn/update and propose issues regarding systems, software, computer programs... related to the operations of the Department/Center/Bank.
  • Perform other tasks/duties as required by the Department Head.

Job Requirement

  • University degree or higher, field: Information Technology.
  • Read and understand technical documents in English
  • Office computer skills from level C or higher and meet the requirements of the job.
  • Knowledge of the field of network and security
  • Have relevant professional certificates (CCNA, ...)
  • Have management/planning skills and organize implementation of plans/work arrangements.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Be highly proactive in performing assigned tasks and duties.
  • Have many years of experience working in the field of information technology (priority in the field of finance, banking) from 2 years or more
