Key responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Tag's business model, services and technology
- Build strong day to day relationships with all clients, internal stakeholders and freelancers
- Demonstrate the ability to prepare and present documents, presentations and reports tailored to each clients, style, preference, knowledge and experience
- Consistently deliver against all contractual obligations include SLAs and KPIs
- Manage all client projects from brief through to delivery ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality
- Set and manage client expectations deliverables and timeframes
- Act as a brand/QC guardian - always ensure all parties are aware of brand guidelines and QC checklists and procedures are followed
- Write creative briefs in line with the client's campaign objectives, identify key project outcomes and gain client approval
- Act as the main point of contact for managing questions, challenges and project feedback
- Share expertise and best practices with new staff
- Manage internal team resources to assure project progressing, ensure necessary resources are assigned to the project and alert management if additional resources are required
- Ensure accuracy of monthly billing and expenses, manage quarterly reconciliations and forecasting, alert management of budgetary issues or concerns
- Provide market intelligence to senior staff
- Maintain excellent product knowledge
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:
- At least 2 years of agency experience in client services of project management, preferably in creative production, media or advertising. Experience working in TV, Print and Digital production is preferred.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Previous experience in FMCG or retail sector is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in with challenging and fast paced clients/accounts
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Languages: Fluent in oral and written English Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Proven ability to present ideas to internal stakeholders and external clients
- Preferably having experience working with timesheet and working hour estimaiton
