Join us as a Sr Manager, Operations & Analytics in a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and business growth for TrueCommerce. This role will be responsible for strategic planning, project management, productivity management and spearheading process improvements within operations teams. This position is of high importance to the organization and will have exposure to both the regional and global leadership teams. Additionally, this role will lead a Data Analytics team and provide direct administrative support to APAC regional leadership. This individual needs to demonstrate confident leadership, an entrepreneurial mind, and an eagerness to work across functions and regions.

As a Sr Manager, Operations & Analytics You Will
- Partner with APAC and global leadership to understand strategic priorities and covert to tactical execution strategies both regionally and globally
- Lead and support strategic projects, partnering with key stakeholders to drive planning, execution, and reporting
- Support functional leadership in establishing productivity tracking mechanisms, reporting, and best practices
- Lead projects within, or across departments to identify, recommend and implement methods to improve productivity
- Lead data analytics team in developing strategies for effective data analysis, visualization, and reporting
- Partner with key business stakeholders to define KPIs that align with business objectives and support the development of dashboards and reports that effectively communicate performance metrics
- Lead and support implementation of process improvements and drive change initiatives to enhance the organization's ability to adopt
- Streamline and optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency of business operations
Requirements For Success
- 6+ years of experience working in Project Management, Strategy and Operations, Consulting, or Project Management
- Strong written and oral communication credentials (English and Vietnamese)
- Strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- High adaptability and ability to quickly learn a new subject matter
- Strong analytical skills, 2-3 years of data analytics and visualization experience (PowerBi, Azure Synapse, etc.)
- High proficiency in all Microsoft Office 365 applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering required
