Overview:

This role is pivotal in driving our online sales growth while supporting offline store performance through data-driven marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Performance Marketing:
- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure digital assets are optimized for performance marketing objectives.
- Support for Offline Store Marketing:
- Assist in integrating performance marketing strategies with offline store initiatives to enhance foot traffic and in-store conversions.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of online campaigns on offline sales, and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
- Work with store managers to align marketing efforts with customer behavior insights.
- Cross-Channel Integration:
- Support the development and execution of strategies that integrate online and offline marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent brand experience.

- Budget and Performance Monitoring:
