About The Role
As a senior QA you are expected to animate and develop a high culture of quality control. Being able to read and analyse business and technical requirements. To collaborate cross functionally with other teams (UI/UX, PO, DEV, etc.) and understand precisely the project requirements; Defining the test plans/test strategies and writing test cases (recommend the targeted progressive distribution between automated tests and manual tests).

What You Will Do
- Prepare the test environments accordingly (including test data sets);
- Perform both automated and manual testing on our Mobile apps, Web interface and API/BE;
- Perform most of the Testing types including Functional tests, Layout/UI tests, Content checking, and Non-functional tests (Usability, Compatibility, Performance test, basic Security test, etc.)
- Report bugs, test results, and transparent quality status/testing progress to the team
- Perform Test evaluation and make a quality reports for each delivery (with a GO/NO GO recommendation)
- Provide relevant test checklists/test cases to developers to do self-testing before releasing builds to the QC team
- Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals;
- Strong bias for action - you know we have a lot to deliver and you can help us get there
What You Will Need
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in both 40% manual testing and 60% automation for Mobile, API/BE, and Web (related technologies: Flutter and NodeJS).
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile testing - WebdriverIO is plus
- Minimum 5+ year of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and executing Test automation using: Programming tools like Selenium, Appium
- Strong Testing processes, methodologies, and techniques
- Used to analyzing, and breaking down functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Hands-on experience in manipulating databases, and in using tools such as AWS Device Farm or Browserstack.
- Hands-on experience with a bug tracking system and test management tools

- Insurers and employers: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control. ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.
