Our client is a leading real estate company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Play a key role in expanding the customer base by actively seeking new business across sectors such as FMCG, Retail, Automotive, Technology, E-commerce, 3PL and Express
- Identify and engage new business opportunities with multinational and local clients within targeted industries.
- Create a local value proposition tailored to global client inquiries, enhancing relevance in international bids.
- Drive the company's growth across Southern, Northern, and Central Vietnam, focusing on new leasing and expansion opportunities.
- Build a diverse client network across various industries to maximize leasing prospects.
- Focus on ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Deliver on revenue targets by identifying and securing profitable opportunities.
- Oversee the successful onboarding of new business accounts, ensuring contract compliance and smooth integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an recognized university.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales or commercial roles, ideally within 3PL or logistics sectors.
- Established network within the Industrial Property and Logistics Real Estate sectors.
- Previous experience as an Estate Manager with top-tier international 3PL firms, bringing local industry knowledge.
- In-depth understanding of client demands in logistics and related operations.
- Proven ability to enhance company visibility, branding, and client reach.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in English and Chinese, with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
