Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis, market research, and strategic analysis to support the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans for the company.
- Analyze macroeconomic factors and government policies that directly impact the company's business operations and propose appropriate adjustments to strategic plans.
- Assist in preparing analytical reports on the automotive industry and competitors to provide timely information for business decision-making.
- Participate in and support the management of key strategic projects, including planning, execution, and progress tracking of major initiatives that affect the company's long-term development strategy.
- Manage projects from the planning phase, resource allocation, progress tracking to results evaluation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and achieve the established strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement innovation and improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and maintain competitiveness in the automotive industry.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Economics, International Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of macroeconomics, the automotive industry, market analysis, business analysis, market research, policy analysis, competitors, and strategy development and implementation.
- Understanding of legal regulations related to the automotive industry, especially regarding manufacturing, distribution, quality standards, and international trade.
- Project management experience with the ability to coordinate resources and ensure successful project completion.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use analytical tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Proficient in managing large-scale strategic projects and collaborating with multiple departments to achieve established goals.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
