Job Description:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital assets and financial technology.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop, refine, and implement communication plans aligned with Nami Foundation's vision and objectives.
- Assist in the formulation of short-term and long-term communication goals, ensuring they are realistic and achievable.
- Support the monitoring of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact strategic direction.
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations on strategic initiatives for internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and resource allocation.
- Contribute to the coordination of strategic projects, ensuring timely execution and tracking of outcomes.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the crypto or fintech industry.
- Solid project management skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and structure issues, conduct accurate analyses, and synthesize recommendations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good with numbers; attention to detail is a plus.
- Knowledge of crypto and blockchain, or a willingness to learn, is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
