Responsibilities

- Be a primary, day-to-day contact for all matters of strategy and planning, including research, briefs, workshops, and creative collaboration

- Detect consumer insights and turn insights into strategic ideas and integrated communication solutions.

- Partner with Account Services to gain client approval to recommended strategic direction

- Partner with Creative colleagues to drive creative inspiration and ideation

- Partner with Analytics, Media, and Digital to ensure the information within the agency

- Present solutions and ideas to customer

- Monitor implementation to ensure quality and in line with the strategy outlined

- Evaluate campaign effectiveness

- Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

- Professional skills in both English & Vietnamese, any other language is a plus- 01 years in the same position

- Strategic and critical thinking

- Plan, organize and implement work;

- Ability to work independently as well as be a team player

- Proactive, dynamic, accountable

- Public speaking, presentation & debate skill

- Microsoft skill, especially Powerpoint or Keynote design
