JOB OVERVIEW
The Recruitment Specialist forms an integral part of the Amerigo Regional Recruitment & Marketing team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Recruitment, Vietnam, the overall objective of the position is to support the development of the Amerigo business partner (agent) network, and to implement the marketing and recruitment plan for the region.
Success in this role will be demonstrated by:
- Increased student enrollment at our Amerigo U.S. campuses
- Strong brand awareness in market with both local students and parents as well as business partner (agent) networks
- Ongoing excitement in market around international education at any of Amerigo's campuses
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES
- Meet recruitment and sales targets for each Amerigo partner school (by business partner and region) for territory Region
- Support the Associate Director of Recruitment, Vietnam in product training and development of recruitment partners
- Deliver destination market specific sales coaching to business partners
- Coordinate with Head Office and partner schools to ensure the sales toolkit is relevant and understood within the region
- Develop small agent business partners in key region
MARKETING
- Assist Associate Director of Recruitment, Vietnam in developing annual marketing plan for Regional territory
- Deliver presentations to large audiences of students and counsellors
- Drive attendance for exhibitions, seminars, university visits and other recruitment drives
- Utilize social media and modern digital technologies to disseminate information about the Amerigo schools
FINANCIAL
- Develop and manage budget and expenses
- Send monthly financial reports to Recruitment Marketing Manager
GENERAL
- Other projects as determined by the Associate Director of Recruitment, Vietnam
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong written and oral capability in local language & English language
- Possession of an Accredited 4-Year University Degree and/or 1-3 years of marketing & recruitment experience in education industry
- Demonstrated deep relationships with business partners (agents)
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills inclusive of presentation skills
- Demonstrated and proven ability as a team player
- Demonstrated flexible attitude to work (e.g. in hours and content), including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment activities
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and implement effective sales tactics which have made a significant contribution to sustainable business growth
- Demonstrated innovative thinking and proactive work habits inclusive of an eye for detail and for new recruitment initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities and to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure competing demands are met
- Must possess W.I.T. willingness to do whatever it takes!
- International study experience strongly preferred
