Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide operation support for production problems in designated Assembly manufacturing areas. Collaborate with process engineers, planners, purchasers, HR, and others to make production efficient, increase productivity, and limit waste, material usage, utility, and other expenses.
- Daily follow-up production schedule to plan for manpower, equipment & factory supply to ensure good product and on-time delivery.
- Support training and manpower planning to meet mass production volume or ramp up requirements.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science, prefer from Mechanical Engineering /Industrial Engineering or another engineering with Industrial Management experience.
Typically, 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
1+ years of managerial/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Skills
- Understanding of technical drawing and basic engineering principals to manufacture parts in high volume setting.
- Ability to determine works & assign job to subordinates on support manufacturing job day by day.
- Ability to lead staffs and setting appropriate goals to achieve department business result through yearly complete assignments.
- Ability to trouble shoot and solve production problems effectively and timely manner in production setting.
- Ability to lead and motivate people as well as training of operators
- Demonstrates concern for meeting internal and external customers needs in a manner that provides satisfaction for the customer within the resources
- Proficient computer skills, experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Email, internet access, SPC software.
